In order to achieve its mission, NRS is developing a Five-Year Strategic Plan 2020-2025. The document will be based on findings of the research on root causes and magnitude of delinquency and possible solutions as well as impact assessment of rehabilitation program in Rwanda.

Currently, the exercise is at data collection stage and final document is expected to be available by first quarter of financial year 2020/2021.
